Track 01
Getting started
Set up your company, build a template, send your first document, see what your customer sees and manage your own sign-in.
- 1Set up your companyAdd your logo, brand color and legal details so every document and email looks like it came from you.
- 2Build a template in the editorEdit wording in place, have the assistant design it, add blocks, place fill-ins and decide who signs.
- 3Send a document and track itSend for signature in your customer's language, ask for an access code, see who opened and signed it, remind people, download the signed PDF and check a copy later.
- 4Bulk send a template to many peopleSend the same template to a list of people from a CSV file, one document each, and follow every one to the signature.
- 5Public signing linksOne link to a template that anyone can open to fill in and sign their own copy: an NDA on your website, a waiver, a client intake agreement.
- 6What your customer sees when signingThe signing page from the signer's side: the guided tour, consent, fields, adopting a signature, finishing and their language; and what reviewers and people copied see.
- 7Your profile and passwordChange your name, title, sign-in email and password, turn on two-step sign-in, or reset a password you've forgotten.
- 8Bring over your DocuSign templatesUsing DocuSign in Salesforce? Create the same templates in Tally Sign in a click: same pages, same Salesforce object, same signer.
- 9Get help: ask a question or talk to a personAsk the support assistant and get the steps with screenshots and clips, go through a task step by step, show it a screenshot of where you're stuck, or send your question to the support team.
